Acquired in 1996, the Alvirita Little Center is a teen center and how to our Femme2STEM program. Services range from substance abuse prevention, after-school classes, and summer camp.
Alvirita Little Center is a teen center and is home to our free Femme2STEM program, designed to help 16- to 24-year-old young womxn of color, particularly Black womxn and girls, advance in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) career and education opportunities.
Founded in 1969, the Alvirita Little Center is named after the community leader who helped fund the location.
