Donate Items

Help impact families in your community by donating critical items needed by YWCA program participants and residents.

At YWCA, we are on a mission eliminate racism and empower women. We work with women and families furthest from opportunity and work to eliminate disparities in housing, economic advancement, health, and safety. BIPOC communities have continued to be the hardest hit in the face of continued economic challenges resulting from the pandemic and continued inflation. To support those most vulnerable in our community, we need your help!

YWCA's Gift Giving Program

Registration for our Gift Giving Program is now closed!

Thank you to all the donors who signed up to support YWCA families in King and Snohomish counties. You helped make this holiday season special for families in our emergency and transitional shelters. Your support of our 2024 Gift Giving Program allowed us to provide gift cards for over 450 families – including almost 1,000 children!

As 2025 begins, families are working hard to balance their everyday needs with economic realities and will continue to face these challenges throughout the year. Please return to this page to find out about the YWCA’s seasonal drives, special requests, and ways you can continue to help throughout the year. Your donations to the YWCA truly make a difference to our families.

If you would like to make a gift, please donate here. If you are interested in making an in-kind donation, please email:

  • Lori Bugaj – King County Community Resource Manager

  • Karla Danson – Snohomish County Community Resource Coordinator

Winter Warmth Drive

There is still time to help with our Winter Warmth Drive!

As the weather gets colder, women and families in our programs need help staying warm. For our Angeline’s Day Center for Women, we especially need:

  • Jackets in larger women’s sizes

  • Jackets in larger children’s sizes (elementary through high school-age children and teen sizes needed)

New or gently used items with no rips or stains are welcome. If you have any questions, please email lbugaj@ywcaworks.org.

Want to Host a Drive for YWCA?

For individuals and/or organization who want to host a drive for YWCA, we now have a “Host a Drive” sign up form on our Volunteer page where you can sign up to host the drive of your choice. We’ll send you a list of the items we need along with a link to our Amazon wishlist and instructions.
