Meet Kim Snyder, our Chief Operations Officer, in charge of overseeing accounting services, IT, program participant data, payroll, facilities, housing operations, and housing development.

Kim is a finance and accounting professional with 20+ years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting & forecasting, mergers & acquisitions, and divestitures. Additional experience includes financial and operational audit expertise, system implementation, process improvement, Green Belt Six Sigma training, and extensive managerial experience. 

Most recently, Kim served as the CFO for Synedgen, Inc., a life science company. Previous positions include Director of Finance/Controller for Bloodworks and a decade working for Merck & Co. Inc. in various finance positions. Kim began her career in public accounting as an auditor with KPMG.

Kim holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting with a minor in Business Management, as well as an M.B.A. from Moravian College.
