Emily Miller

Emily Miller has nearly 20 years of human resources experience, 11 of which she has spent in executive leadership. Since 2008, she has focused on inclusive employment practices, with a specialized focus on disability inclusion and racial equity that includes inclusive hiring, launching equity committees, equitable policy review, and staff training and development. With additional experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, HR Compliance, Benefits, Compensation Analysis, and Internal Communications.
Miller earned a BA in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Society Ethics and Human Behavior from the University of Washington. She holds a Human Resource Certification and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and World at Work.
