Join YWCA's Legal Navigation Team from 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM on March 31 virtually or in-person at the Maleng Regional Justice Center Law Library in Kent to learn more about navigating common family law cases without an attorney.
This FREE workshop is for anyone navigating common family law cases (Divorce, Parenting Plans, Modifications, Contempt) without an attorney. Topics covered will include:
- Initial paperwork
- Fee waivers
- Filing and e-filing
- Process Service
- Scheduling hearings
- Temporary and Emergency Orders
- Finalization, Enforcement, Appeals
