Providing no income and low-income individuals and families with support, advocacy, and education on how to access health services and navigate systems of care.

Health Care Access (HCA) supports low income and low income individuals and families throughout King and Snohmish counties to provide support, education, and advocacy on how to access health services and navigate systems of care.

Community Health Workers assist with:

  • Health insurance enrollment
  • Referrals to: health clinics, shelters, day centers, transitional housing, and other services
  • Problem-solving to help families access care
  • Basic health education

Eligibility & Enrollment

Health Care Access offers support to individuals who are experiencing homelessness or housing instability. Individuals living in emergency shelters or folks who use day center services are also eligible. If you have questions about eligibility, please email: HA_Referrals@ywcaworks.org
