Become a GenNext member! GenNext members are active and engaged supporters who celebrate and participate in YWCA’s mission-aligned programs and services and policy initiatives. Join other budding community leaders in the Puget Sound region, become a champion for women and families, and deepen your engagement in YWCA’s mission. As a YWCA GenNext member, you are the next generation of change-makers, philanthropists, and community leaders. You are positioned to make a sustaining impact on the climate of the community where you live.
There are no membership dues required to be part of this inclusive and diverse group. To maintain active status, just engage in YWCA advocacy initiatives, volunteer at least twice, and make any personal donation that you can each calendar year.

Throughout the year, GenNext activities, events, and opportunities are created for members to learn and participate in YWCA’s race and social justice centered events and directly advocate to create the thriving communities we all want to share. Furthermore, you will receive opportunities to highlight YWCA’s impact, provide volunteer support for programs and services, and secure critically needed in-kind and cash donations.
With GenNext, you will meet new people and connect with like-minded budding community leaders. You will help mobilize action around causes you’re passionate about, lend your talent, time, and financial support to some of the most in-need, and marginalized communities throughout King and Snohomish Counties, and learn more about how you can be an ally in your community’s race and social justice work.
