Meet Mary Anne Dillon, our Vice President of Programs, in charge of overseeing the Specialized and Integrated Services of Snohomish County division. Her division includes homeless services, health care access, BABES Network, permanent housing, and tenant-based housing vouchers programs.

Mary Anne Dillon has worked at YWCA since 1997, having served as Director of Housing, Senior Regional Director, Executive Director - Snohomish County, and finally Vice President of Programs. As Vice President of Programs, she is responsible for the implementation, administration, and ongoing operation of shelter, housing, services, and programs in Snohomish County. Previously, Mary Anne worked in career services for persons with disabilities, and as an employment consultant. She received her Bachelor’s degree from Wagner College. Mary Anne serves on the City of Lynnwood Human Services Commission, the Housing Consortium of Everett & Snohomish County, Partnership to End Homelessness Board, and FEMA/EFSP Local Board. She was recognized by the Greater Everett Community Foundation as Human Services Professional of the Year in 2011.
